Christmas Letter 2022

Hello all!

Let’s revisit the year in pictures.

We started the year doing some of our favorite things: going to the beach, sledding at the mountain, cooking. Oh, and spaceships.

In March, we went to the beach with the knitters and went to Disneyland with aunties. So much fun!

In May, we worked on getting the back yard in order and had our first camping trip of the season. The back yard is still in progress, but we got tons of camping done all summer.

In July: more camping!

In August, Poppa came for a visit. We also made a visit to Oaks Park. Stacey ran Hood to Coast with a team of Nike co-workers.

In September, Connor started preschool at Ashcreek Playschool.

We also celebrated his 4th birthday

In October, Stacey ran her second marathon. She also spent a weekend at the beach with knitter friends.

There were also many trips to the pumpkin patch and the apple orchard in October.

Connor also decided on a new hairstyle, chopping off all his curls.

For Halloween, there were a number of costumes. Connor and Stacey started as squids, but then Connor wanted to be a ghost so Stacey was going to be a skeleton. But that was too scary, so Connor was a firefighter instead.

We went to California in November to visit family for Thanksgiving and spend time with friends Gina, Jeremy, Issac, and Tommy.

In December, we had the knitters over for Thanksknittingmas and went to Indiana to visit more family.

All in all, a very good, very full year!

Wow!!! What a year. I can’t believe how GROWN Conner looks with his big-boy haircut. Congrats Stacey on your *second* marathon! So many things accomplished and to be thankful for. Here’s to getting some time together in 2023. Lots of love from our house to yours ❤️
